TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Never received my kids' Xmas gifts. The website only posted a notice on the 23rd of December that the office would be closed from 23 Dec - 3 Jan. Such information should be mentioned way ahead of time, especially during a gift purchasing time like Xmas. No way to get a refund or to get hold of them. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
