Terrible customer service

This company is really a disappointment they short changed me on my refund and yet the returns were handed in person to Andile and she promised to take care of it as urgently as possible. Now responded to say I must state what was returned my question how can I return a projector without the bracket I bought it with .I'm not happy at all with these guys .
