Terrible company, or is it a ****?

This company does not deserve to be in business. Ordered and paid 31 January 2023. Status update 5 February 2023 " Order packed - Awaiting courier pick-up" 15 February 2023 - 10 days later - No change in status. One cannot contact them by phone. Filed query on their web-site on 14 February 2023. No response. Will have to file dispute on the payment via my bank. Terrible company.
