Terrible communication from Agent

I have purchased an item last week. Which was not working. Fair enough their response to the complaint was prompt. However. I did not get any information about collection only 2 hours before pick up from Khairunisa Sheik there will be pick up on the same day. Which I need to place in another box. And print copies. Living in a complex where does one keep boxes around.. Printing of copies. Why is it our duty. Not everyone is privileged to have a printer at home. If a day or two notice was given it would be more understandable. Disgusted with the communication from Snatcher and the agent. I hope this matter reaches head office. As I'm really disappointed with communication from Khairunisa Sheik .
