Terrible after sales

I ordered items from Snatcher in November 2023 as Black Friday specials. The order was received but the one item was the same brand but an older model than the one advertised. The other item wasn't working. I had to repeatedly explain myself in emails and eventually got them to agree to refunding me. Both items were collected to be returned for a REFUND. An email was received end Jan 2024 promising a refund within 7 days which never happened. Expecting a refund, I received replacements items today, almost a month later and this is not a refund. I already purchased the items from another company. Where's the refund Snatcher???
