Takes abit longer than expected, but communication via email 📧 was great 👍🏻 overall experience was good and friendly 🙂 i did my first purchase so wasn’t sure how everything works and it was explained to me when asked😌 There’s definitely room for improvement regarding courier links and communication with regards to delivery from one courier to the other and updating on the site (could be more detailed) but happy 😉 with the service 👍🏻 and my products
