Supposed refund backlog!

Their online service is great, just don't return a product! Three weeks and 3 follow ups later I'm still waiting for my refund. Azhar is always prompt to reply but that doesn't help much when the refund isn't processed. So Snatcher, that ADMIN fee you deducted, i suggested to refund that as well as a gesture of goodwill.. I want my refund in the next 24 hrs. No backlog can take 3 weeks!
