Stole my money

Ordered goods on 3rd July 2023 was out of stock so was replacement order. Sent bank details for refund beginning August now I don't hear from them at all. Please help. I'm a pensioner so R568 is a lot of money.it was a present for my brand new granddaughter. Now I can't buy her anything
