Still waiting upon a product!

Order 2 lunch bags on Saturday, 15 January 2022, status was updated on the same day to Order in Progress, it is now the 20th and it's still on Order In Progress! Messaged them yesterday and I'm still waiting for a response!

Other smaller companies are faster to update and deliver but yet for 2 small items, I'm waiting for, for nearly a week JUST to progress into ready for shipping!!!

I chose snatcher because I really needed the items asap as it's for my kids for school YET its taking longer than what takealot takes!

I definitely won't order from them again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone!
