Still waiting on delivery from Snatcher

I am highly confused and upset, I have ordered 2 items from snatcher and a whole week has passed with no communication from them whatsoever regarding my order. payment has successfully been made and I am still waiting on my order from them. I cannot come through to their telephone numbers as it is engaged, my email sent to them are not being responded to.

what I would want to know is, is there still stock available or can they just refund my money back.
