Still waiting for a refund, almost a 18 working days later. Almost a month has gone by.

I placed and paid for my order on 7 July, which was supposed to take about 3 weeks to arrive. 2 August I requested a refund, as the item had not arrived and no communication fed through to me. A few days later they asked if I wanted a substitute, I declined as I had already asked for a refund. I am still waiting for my refund, which they have acknowledged twice.

How long does it take to refund somebody, they said 7 working days working days was there turn around time in a mail sent to me on the 3 of August.

Still NO refund!!!!
