Still not sure if this is a **** site. Waiting 21 days so far. Will not recomend!!!

One of the worst experiences I have had with all online stores. I ordered on the 1 Nov 2023, at the time of writing it is the 23 Nov 2023. Still havent received my order. I have ordered from Amazon in the USA, everything was here within a week, I have ordered from One deal a day, less than 7 calander days as I ordered over a weekend, ordered One day only, 3 days and Takealot, 3 days max. How is it that it has taken 21 days so far? Follow up weekly, get a email back promptly, to say my order will be delivered soon. How soon is soon? At least the other sits as mentioned above axtually keep the customer updated and not expect a customer to do follow-ups. Will defenatly not recomend if the delivery is so bad. Still have to see the quality if I will receive my order at all. Still not sure if this is a **** site
