Still no refund from Snatcher

They promised a refund as after 3 weeks, no sign of sending my item ( supposedly being shipped within 72h) After posting on hello Peter, they promised my refund will be done( less 25%). Still nothing my order status has changed to cancelled Maybe it’s their business model if you cancel they refund you 75% or nothing Order stuff from reputable companies. I also send a complain to payfast, how can they be associated with this company?.
