*****sters not paying my REFUND

Hello, I ordered 2 Chandelier/lamps from Snatcher, received my order but o.e was a s**** metal, old n rusted. Other was was broken. Returned them on the 3rd November and requested Refund....till today I am told Finance is working on it there are delays.. I want my money I will not be ****med by you people
