Stay far away, don't have stock, and don't pay refunds

Absolute worst, After waiting 10 business days and emailing them, they said they don't have the item in stock, but they offer an alternative which is R100 cheaper.

I paid the original price, and they said they'll refund me the rest, I just need to send my banking details. Now that the alternative order was delivered after another week, they send me a R50 voucher.

Which first of all is a voucher for their site, and not in my bank account. Secondly, I should get a R100 refund, not a R50 refund.
