STAY AWAY - THIS COMPANY IS A ****!!!!!

I've been writing emails about a returned item for weeks without a response from this company. Andile Mncube communicated that a refund will be done as this item is not as advertised and I was not happy- exceptionally poor quality!!!! I've returned this item, and the courier's proof of delivery to this company was attached to the emails. They have this returned item and the company representative has signed for this. UP TO DATE, THERE WAS NO RESPONSE, COMMUNICATION, OR REFUND! THIS COMPANY IS A ****MER AND ONLY TAKES CUSTOMERS' MONEY. THERE IS NO WAY YOU CAN GET HOLD OF THEM IN ANY WAY AS THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS AND THEIR COMPANY'S TELEPHONE NUMBER IS A VOICE RECORDING REQUESTING YOU TO WRITE AN EMAIL!!!! STAY AWAY
