Stay away from this online store - False advertising and poor customer service

Pathetic service received, I ordered an item which they had 2 in stock, after dispatching my parcel with the other items I purchased they inform me they do not have stock of that particular item yet they still have the item posted for sale. I found it hard to believe. Further they sent an incorrect item to me that did not include all accessories and refused to return/refund the item. They informed me they will get back to me within 24hrs when I asked for the matter to be escalated to management, it's now over 24hr and I haven't received a response.
