Stay away from Snatcher - Terrible service and lies

Ordered headphones for my kids on 28/12/2023. Finally received the headphones on 12/01/2024 after the promised delivery date. So they decided to deliver 3 units to me, and ALL of them were clearly marked REJECTED (I suppose from previous customers), and incomplete. I immediately emailed them and rejected the items myself, as there is no phone number to get hold of them at all. They were very quick to respond to collect the items from me on 16/01/2024, but now I am still waiting for my refund. It is just a ping pong game of emails with empty promises. Worst experience ever. I strongly suggest you do not buy from them. Still waiting for a response from them. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
