Stay away from Snatcher!

I ordered a 14"bicycle for my son for his birthday a month before the time. The lead time on Snatcher's website for this item was 7 to 10 working days. 2 weeks after placing my order and not receiving any communication from them, I started to follow up on my order. The responses to my emails were what seemed to be automated messages that never even answered my questions. After several attempts to communicate with them, without success, I requested an order cancellation and refund. They responded immediately requesting my bank account confirmation letter. It has been over 2 weeks now since I sent them the requested letter and I have not received my refund, nor do they respond to any of my follow up emails.
