Stay away from Snatcher

I ordered a birthday gift for my daughter almost a month ago and every time I check my order is says in progress. When you try to call them the number is not working and they are not responding to queries. This is probably the WORST service I have ever experienced from an online company. I was "forced" to buy my daughter another gift. I really hope I will be able to get e refund - I am struggling to request a refund. USELESS!!!
