Stay away - do not buy from them or trust them

I wish I could give zero stars. On the 22nd of July 2022 I bought online items from their store and the payment was processed through their system, however the order never went through. Numerous e-mails to them (28/7, 29/7,5/8,15/8,17/8,29/8) with proof of payment, the only response I get is that their accounts department is looking into this and will get back to me within a day. When following up on that, I get the same response time after time. They have now decided not even to respond to my mails.
