Sq 8 Camera faulty

I ordered a mini HD camera from Snatcher. It arrived within 2 days of being dispatched. I opened the very well packed parcel, revealing my new mini HD camera and a dissapointment, as the picture on Snatcher's website shows a SQ 11 camera, and I received a SQ 8. Yet, nowhere in any of the documentation was the specific model of the camera mentioned. I put it to charge as per the instructions, but a day later, the camera's battery was still not fully charged. When I tried to take photos it did not save them to the SD card. I lodged a complaint, and filled in the forms for returning of a faulty product, and had to phone them a week later to find out when they will be sending the couriers to collect the faulty camera. After the phone call, the couriers arrived within a couple of hours to pick up the faulty item. I am now awaiting their assessment of the camera and hopefully a new replacement camera.
