Sorry Snatcher but your performance is below expectation

I really expected more from Snatcher, but the following are my main concerns/issues: 1. Products are ordered and paid for, and then after a long time, andmultiple enquiries, it was said to be out of stock and not shipped. (I was refunded, though). 2. It took a long time (more than 10 days to process my order before my shipment was dispatched. 3. No communication if there are delays, the customer doesn't follow up, things are just delayed in silence.

It starts to appear like a drop shipping endeavour with limited local stock.
