Some items not delivered without any communication

Their delivery time is very long. You have to wait for more than 2 weeks. Delivery received with 2 items missing and no communication from them. I've emailed 4 times but up to date no reply. You place your order and pay because there's stock ... 2 weeks later you receive an email that they don't have stock.
