Solar shower and out door garden light

Snatcher is a great company I have bought from the company in the past never had any problems with the products or company this year however I encountered a few problems there was a delay in the delivery which in all fairness I took to be because I ordered over the festive season but when I did receive my items the solar shower which I ordered was the wrong size they did collect it this week but I have to wait 7 working days for the new solar shower (40lt) to be delivered it is a little disappointing cause I wanted to use it last weekend the out door garden light I bought well it is not working at all it has been in the sun to charge now for a week and the light comes on for a few seconds and then gone at first I thought maybe it needs to charge longer but a week in the sun it is still not working come on snatcher I love your company I don't won't to buy anywhere else I am just going to take this as a new year misshap and now please let's start fresh festive season is over I understand the delays in delivery but please for future reference please test the products like for example the garden light it is not sealed or in a box it was delivered taped to the shower I am not going to cause any hassle over this but please I love snatcher let's become the best again I do apologies for not giving you a great review which I want to to with all my heart
