SNATCHERT - Snaching your funds!!!!

Placed & paid for order no 217527 on 5 November. Snatcher did not have stock, but that did not stop them from taking my money. I have been trying to get hold of someone at Snatcher,, however they no longer take telephone calls (BIG WARNING BELLS). I just keep getting standard replies that they are working on the refund - those have now also stopped!
