SNATCHER.....SNATCHES YOUR MONEY AND DISSAPEAR...BUT NEVER FAILS TO SPAM YOUR MAILS!!!

I ordered stuff from snatcher in 29 April 2024 order #377215. 16May2024 they let me know my item is out of stock!21May 2024 I got a voucher in the amount of R225-97. 1June I bought something else to make use of the voucher but had to pay an addisional R151-03 #382515.13June 2024 I send them a mail asking where my order was. They rep**** they was prosessing my order.19 June I required again...again same reply on 21June 2024. 5 July I again enquired about my missing order. 6July I got a reply that they will refund me withing 7-10 working days.On 18 July 2024 I enquired again about payment but up to now have NOT RECEIVE ANY RESPONSE OR PAYMENT!!! I am a very unhappy customer and still without my money!!!! but after a month
