Snatcher's very bad after sales customer service.

After buying a number of items online, Snatcher failed to deliver for a month until I complained to them and threatened to cancel the order, only then they delivered. On delivery I discovered that Snatcher delivered a defective table. For three weeks I have been sending emails to Snatcher without any acknowledgement and replies from Snatcher. Snatcher's after sales services is so bad. I am returning the table back to them, and never buying from Snatcher again.
