Snatcher's useless communication

I ordered something from Snatcher and 1stly they require me to use an exit code if I want to pick up the order myself. According to their website you have to call to get the code. I tried calling and according to their automated voice message, one can't actually call them. I've sent countless emails and no response AT ALL!!!! At this stage I don't even know if my order will make it on time, which is why I opted to pick up. By the way, charging R80 for less than 10km delivery is ridiculous but anyway, that's besides the point.
