Snatcher's terrible Service

I won't ever buy from Snatcher again. I have had the worst experience I bought an Air Fryer online and paid for courier. Received my parcel within the estimated time. However, the Air fryer basket did not seal, i saw that straight away after opening the box. I immediately boxed and bubble wrapped it again. I sent it off back to Snatcher by courier, which i had to pay for. They inspected the parcel and asked for my bank details and ID. I supp**** it same day and i was as notified there is a 7-day turn around time for Refunds That was 13 December. I have not received my Refund to date (25 Dec). This was supposed to be my Christmas present from my family. Very disappointing!!! L. Davy / Nelspruit
