Snatchers - highly *********** or a bunch of snatchers trying to ***** from you
Snatcher has some really decent priced goods. Their delivery is also very pricey. Please don't use them as they either deliver half your goods then you have to wait for a refund (takes very long) or they deliver 20 working days late and deliver the wrong item that was never ordered. My current issue is I am trying to speak to someone in management to get my order resolved and no one responds. They want me to first return the incorrect item to investigate. No one can advise when I can expect my order. Most infuriating!

No one can phone to resolve and obviously I am not considered a valued client as agent keeps spewing same response hoping to annoy me enough for me to just do as they say without being able to answer my questions. Really scary that as customers we are inconvenienced and being subjected to such pathetic service.
I have requested a fair exchange, my items that were paid for in return for their item of which they have photos of. I have to return the item BEFORE they can investigate. Took them more than a month to get delivery totally wrong, how long for them to get it right , most probably never

5 days ago you assured me of a response SHORTLY. I am yet to hear another word from you. Please advise your idea of SHORTLY, PROMPTLY etc because this is now more than 5 weeks since I orders and a week since I queried the delivery. Still not a phone call or a solution??
