Snatchers didn't deliver my goods and don't pay my money back.

I have ordered canvas wardrobes from them on the 29th of January. I waited two weeks when I asked what was going on the guy said they were waiting for it. A week later I asked again then he said that they had it in blue if I wanted it. I said yes and they promised delivery the Friday. Friday came I called them then they said they didn't have it. I asked for a refund which they promised would be in on 7 days after. Still nothing. When I call them their operating systems throw my call from 1st in line to 4th in line carrying on like that. I have it with this company I want my money back! My order was number 358058. Mr Tashriek Rutin from Customer Support is making these empty promises to me but they don't pay back my money.
