Snatcher's delayed refund & unprofessional service!

Bought a 5-in-1 headphone from Snatcher over a month ago. On 7th June 2023 I notified them that there is hardly any sound with these headphones. I was requested to return it in the original packaging but to send pics of the product first. Soon thereafter i was requested to send a video of the headphone set.This was done. I then received forms to complete and return with the packaged product that had to be sealed in a second box as well in order to protect the product at the warehouse. All this was done. The headphone was collected by the 7th July via courier. This was the second courier as the first was sent without a notification of intent. I emailed Snatcher all the details; including my refund request and proof of account. I was advised that I needed to wait for a week for the refund. It's almost the end of July and over a month since this process started. I have not been refunded as yet; however I have received countless emails to review their service....
