Snatcher's after service is disgusting

I placed an order in April, received half the order, then I had to follow up every few days to get the matter to a point, where they eventually acknowledged the missing items, and requested my banking details, and to date, I have still NOT received my refund.

I'm utterly disgusted by the poor/bad service in this day and age. I will NEVER want to buy from them again.
