Snatchers

Ordered Christmas gifts 08/12/2021.... Order# 134427 3 weeks later promised order wil be dispatched before the end of week Then I had to follow up 3days before Christmas... then excuses start and suddenly no proof of payment received. Then I send it showing the same day payment made as order placed. Then they have had a supplier issues. Christmas has come and gone and still no order received. Still no refund done. Emailed me to say sorry their accounts dept is closed I can expect my refund in 2022 They clearly have communication issues. I want my money back and will never promote or use this guy's ever again. Very disappointed!!!
