Snatchers a BIG disappointment

Snatcher sell products that does not match what they describe or give you the impression it does. They are the only online business that does not have a return policy in place UNLESS you, the customer, pay the courier fees. I have on 2 separate occasions ordered 2 different type of "sensor" lights and both sets DO NOT switch off at all. After voicing my dissatisfaction, I was promised new lights on 2 occasions and almost 2 months later, i am still waiting for it.
