Snatcher..please REDUND asap

This is my 2nd letter to Hellopeter...I need help please to get S Natchez to refund me R1438.00 I paid for a patio swing cover on 27th MAY 2024!!!!they did not send me a letter of confirmation....I have sent them SEVERAL requests to refund my money...weeks ago they said it was with access.. escalated??!! I sent proof of payment..a Bank PDF 3times.....,my ID,my correct account number..they sent me a letter requesting the correct banking details!!!??? They will not give their contact number..they are now sending a number for a ***** company????I called them..they don't even know who Snatcher is!!!! Please help..I do not want to carry on begging for my own money to be returned...their approach is *********!!!I am unable to drive out to their premises..I have a broken rib.Please help sort out this very frustrating issue.
