Snatcher.co.za poor quality products and won't give refund

Ordered online from Snatcher.co.za The product that was delivered was not quality they advertised. Product was more for children's toy I informed them about the quality. Sent photos. They said they will refund me. After numerous emails back and forth they said they deposited into my account. It did not reflect in my bank account. I asked for their proof of payment. And that is where their correspondence stopped. They blocked me on Facebook and Messenger. They owe me R2040
