Snatcher.co.za not a company to be trusted

I bought products via the website and made the card payment on the website on the 13th of September. Something went wrong on the website and the order was not placed, however the monies went off on my banking account. I then started the follow up process with is laborious because the contact number on the website does not work and you are forced to send a mail or log a query on the website. After having logged 2 queries I got a response that I had to provide a proof of payment which I duly did, after following up again a different agent responded that I have complete the order on the website again but with the payment option of an EFT, they will link the order number to the payment on their side. This was done but the order status on the website was not updated, so I had to follow up again. I was then told it take 7 to 10 business days for the order to be delivered. Today is day 10 and still delivery, no order number which I can track against. All you can is to send another mail and wait for a reply. I would certainly will not recommend this company for online purchases, I will not be using their services again and I have made peace with the fact that I have lost the monies I already paid over to them.
