snatcher.co.za, no service and not trust worthy online shopping site

I purchased an item from snatcher.co.za online store and what arrived was totally not as described on their site. The images and descriptions were not aligned. On trying to contact them to resolve the issue, their responses and details were far from helpful. Almost 3 weeks now, i am still sitting with the incorrect item and with no indication as to how or when they plan to rectify it. all I have have received is one email response, asking when they can collect it, but nothing has materialized. They have just gone quiet un unhelpful and provide no detail .. be very careful using this online buying platform, no service and not trust worthy
