Snatcher.co.za Are ******!

Snatcher.co.za are the biggest ******. I ordered an inverter, two weeks later with no communication, they cancelled my order and sent me an email with "out of order". How is the item I secured with payment two weeks prior out of order all of a sudden? Fine! I ask that they refund me, they start sending me from pillar to post. Three weeks after I asked for a refund, I'm still waiting. They've started ignoring my email (because they don't have a number to call). They've also blocked me on Facebook, do yourself a favour and NEVER BUY FROM THESE ******! I just need to take time off work and go to their warehouse/office in Honeydew.
