Snatcher has great customer service. I had placed an order that had an error after payment had gone through, so I contacted them via the chat option on their website. I was informed throughout the process of what caused the error and how they are resolving it, until it was resolved. I think they should consider having a free delivery option for when you purchase for certain amount as most of the online stores have that option.
