Snatcher - Zoom ring light

I purchased a zoom ring light. The lack of communication re when order will be couriered was completely lacking. I was also not impressed by the actual ring light. Very flimsy and unstable. i know it was reasonably priced but still expected the quality to be better. I recommend that Snatcher improve their communication.
