SNATCHER - Yup - snatch your money and don't deliver

My very first purchase, and i need to follow up, only to be told the item is out of stock. Really, you sell products you don't even have? you take my money, but can only refund in 7 days? Please people don't waste your time and money here, rather buy from reputable online stores who know what they have in stock. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!
