Snatcher your money fast - deliver the goods real SLOW

Ordered and paid for item on 19 December 2019. Nothing has arrived. We were warned that delivery would not happen "in time for Christmas". Christmas has come and gone New Year has come and gone. The first week of January has come and gone. No delivery. What really annoys me is that there has been ZERO communication from Snatcher. Had they communicated I could have and would have been patient and forgiving.
