Snatcher wrong

We bought fairy lights on Snatcher website. It was R180 for a box of fairy lights. In this box of fairy lights there is 6 strings in. We bought 7 boxes. On arrival one of the boxes only had 1 string of fairy lights in. This is unacceptable. A client pays for a product and it should be delivered that way
