Snatcher worst shopping experience

Had the worst experience w/ this shop, TF‼️. It never crossed my mind that it's actually a Chinese shop out in Hangzhou 🚮. All along I'm browsing the site thinking it's at least local, not a chance...Delivery took a straight 3 weeks, communication is vague, the same agent responds all the time, fine. Upon receiving my order 1 item was not shipped and no reason was given until I inquired about it and that was only when they told me that "supplier cannot fulfill the order as item is now unavailable...", the other 2 items were also not to my specs, it was just a mess I had to live w/...fine I asked for a refund and not a voucher coz I don't have another 3-4 weeks to receive a small item or do an exchange. They then asked for my banking details and I sent that but refund seemingly is impossible to get as it's still coming from Mars 😑, definitely the worst shopping experience of the year🚮. Highly recommended you don't shop there, keep it local and national. You'll thank me later.
