Snatcher WORST SERVICE
Ordered on the 19 September 2023. To date still have not received my order. Shaun Van Vogel is one of the most ***********, unresponsive people i have ever dealt with. You place an order, get no further communication. Then you follow up, they ask you for your address, but you added this on order. You supply it, get no ETA, no tracking number, can send them multiple emails. No response, then you want to cancel and they charge you 15% of order value, for their incompetence. Do not purchase on this site and hope you dont have to deal with Shaun.

06 Oct 2023, 08:28i have had a reply from yet again the same individual that really does not understand customer service. Merely stating my parcel is awaiting courier pick-up. No further effort, no going the extra mile, you would think he would put it on the first overnight shipment. Further states awaiting courier pick up, no further information if it is going to be picked up today, tomorrow in three weeks time, an estimate of when i can expect it. This with out doubt is the most appalling service i have ever seen, YOU desperately need to train your staff. Does your director Dirk, see this as acceptable?
