Snatcher- Worst online store ever!!!!

Ordered from Snatcher.co.za on 18 May 2021, It is now 10 days later and my order status is "Unfulfilled" It has not even been processed! Use their instant chat service to find out about my order and I don't get a reply. Then later in the day I get an email with a transcript of the chat. How do you get a transcript if no one rep**** to you? So on live chat there's no reply but on the transcript there's a reply that appears magically wow!

I ask why my order has not been processed or dispatched? The reply is always the same "delivery time is 7-10 working days after dispatch" Which clearly does not answer my question.

So I order online so I don't have to go to the shops. Ordering online for convenience but I now must wait over 10 days (so far) for my order to actually be processed and then another 7-10 working days for delivery!

Roughly 20 days to a month!!! Totally ridiculous. Asked for a refund and also no reply. There's no transparency on the website nor is there any way to lodge a complaint or refund. All the is your order number, date and the it is unfulfilled.

Will never buy from them again. There customer service is putrid
