Snatcher - WORST online store EVER!!!!!

WORST online store Ever!!! Besides there service and response time that sucks - there quality of products is *******! You pay for what you get - cheap prices = cheap *******! No contact phone number - all communication is via email - Refunds are the worst - anything from a month to 3 if you are lucky!

First time I ordered 8 x thermostatic mug coasters - which was a disaster as 3 literally exploded on the cupboard after putting on for not even 15 minutes - that was a month ago - still have not receiver my refund - response is your refund will be processed shortly - USELESS is not the word!

After being warned not to use this pathetic company - I had to hit my head again; only to confirm what a *******; pathetic and useless company Snatcher really is! Ordered a magnetic window cleaner - the cloth that is suppose to wash your window falls out when trying to mount to a window; so on the first pull that you do to clean it is going to curl up and leave you with beautiful SCRATCHED windows!

The pet fur remover - handle is so flimsy on the first pull across your garment ; it's going to break. The white canitster that it slips into to clean has red trimming which suppose to keep the cannister together - this keeps falling off and makes the cannister split - disaster of note!

The hands-free mop and bucket set - this takes ******* to a whole new level! Firstly they advertise the bucket with wheels ; mine arrive with holes for the wheels but no wheels in packaging. The microbire cloth is suppose to velcro onto the mop head - only half does so when inserting into the bucket the cloth is going to come off and remain in the water meaning it is no longer hands-free! The mop handle is so thin that on the first pressure you apply to the mop ; it is going to buckle and brend; if not break. The bucket is so small that my bread tin is even bigger than it - if you have a large house - you refilling with every room.

The worst is the attidue of their consultant - RUTH. Besides her service skills that sucks; she is about the worst you can have in customer service. I have emailed her on numerous occassions for the refund on the coasters and the response is your refund is being processed! A month later and they are still processing the refund - My second order is FAULTY - response is customer must pay for the return of unwanted items and 15% of your order amount is taken for handling fee plus you have to wait another month or 2 for the little refund you get if any.

Bottom-line STAY AWAY from Snatcher ; they are a *******!

Stick to Take-A-Lot and One Day Only - service is fast; collections are fee; refunds are fast and QUALITY is fantastic!
